📝 When You’ll Be Billed and How to View Your Invoice

Know when charges happen and how to access past invoices for your Beachside Brew subscription.

This article explains how our billing cycle works, when to expect charges, and where to find your billing history.

Billing schedule
You’ll be charged automatically based on the delivery frequency you selected—weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Billing occurs shortly before each shipment is roasted and packed. The exact timing may vary slightly depending on holidays or order volume.

First charge
Your first charge happens when you place your initial order. All future charges follow the cadence you chose during sign-up unless you make changes to your subscription.

Viewing your invoice
Invoices are available in your account and are also emailed to you after each successful payment. Each invoice includes the billed amount, item breakdown, shipping details, and applicable taxes.

Editing payment details
If your card is expiring or you'd like to use a different method of payment, you can update your billing information at any time in your account settings. Any changes will apply to your next unprocessed order.
